A warm, calming therapy office — comfortable seating, soft natural light, and a welcoming atmosphere

Warm, compassionate, and a kid at heart.

I believe that the greatest factor for success in counseling is the relationship between client and therapist. Every session I show up with patience, attentiveness, and genuine care — because you deserve to feel safe, understood, and empowered.

With over 15 years of experience working with individuals in clinical, school, and community settings, I bring both depth of knowledge and a warm, human approach to every client I work with.

"Be kind and merciful. Let no one ever come to you without coming away better and happier."

Welcome! I am warm, compassionate, fun, and a kid at heart. I love to connect with my clients while helping them feel comfortable and understood. Together, we build a professional relationship based on trust and connection.

Over the past 15+ years I have gained deep knowledge and honed my skills in counseling techniques — from clinical settings and school environments to community-based programs and support groups. I love helping my clients overcome mental roadblocks and transform themselves into empowered humans striving for the future they deserve.

I have extensive experience working with people of all ages. It is my compassionate nature and patience that allow me to assist clients in overcoming difficulties, no matter where they are starting from.

Therapy within your experiences,
not erasing them.

I am not a therapist who wishes to erase external experiences. Instead, I work within those experiences to help my clients build the life they want. I believe that failure is not the opposite of success — it is part of it.

My passion is empowering clients to establish healthy boundaries, process difficult emotions, and step into who they want to become. Whether you are facing anxiety, trauma, grief, or a season of transition, I am here to walk alongside you.

Research tells us that the greatest factor in therapy success is rapport and connection. That is exactly what I am committed to building with every client.

I grew up in a very diverse area of Southern California and relocated to Florida with my family of six in 2021. Outside of the office, I am a huge Lionel Messi fan, a swimmer who loves the ocean, and someone who enjoys reading, singing, dancing, and playing piano.

I model the importance of overall well-being and balance in my own life — because I believe we can only guide others as far as we are willing to go ourselves.

The Feelings Wheel

One of the most common challenges in therapy is simply finding the right words for what you are experiencing. The Feelings Wheel helps move from broad, vague emotions — like feeling "bad" or "off" — toward more specific language. That specificity is often the first step toward understanding what you need and why. I use this tool in sessions to help clients build emotional vocabulary and self-awareness. Give it a spin.
